Antioch News There has been a recent spate of thefts in the churches. This trend appears to be in cycles.

The last cycle was about 2 weeks ago, when 2 mixers (a Yamaha 01V and a Mackie 1604) and a bass guitar (Ibanez 5 String Bass Guitar SR405 wood glossed finish) were stolen from Riverlife Church in Pasir Ris and Bethesda Frankel.

It appears that the thieves are very clear about who and what they are targeting, and are not localised (ie. anywhere in Singapore). They are apparently carried out in broad daylight - walk in, walk out.

Please alert your church of this problem. Unsecured equipment may not be lying around when your next service begins.

Should anyone come across attempted sale of such equipment, they should immediately inform the police or look for the opportunity to share the Good News.
